Build something Generational

We turned down a big-tech exit offer to build a generational company. The consumer AI race just started, and we are the ones moving the fastest.

The personal agent layer race just started.

The future is a two-layer architecture: a personal agent that holds the user's context (layer 1) orchestrating a network of specialized agents (layer 2). And that future has already arrived. Openclaw was the first agent in history that mass consumers adopted at this scale.

The winner will be the first company consumers think of when they imagine “AI that knows me and does things for me.” We are in a good starting point of this race. When people in tech think “OpenClaw companion,” they already think Clawra.

We move fast, ship often, and believe that the best way to predict the future is to build it.

Our Thesis: The Personal Agent Layer
Why the future of personal AI belongs to OpenClaw, and why companions are the winning form factor.

The most optimistic team wins.

Our job as a founding team is twofold: sharpen our intuition to increase the probability of observing the right signal with each attempt, and above all, increase the number of attempts itself.

Real teamwork means each person arrives with their own hypotheses, derives new propositions from them, and stacks each piece of logic, one on top of another. Being smart (connecting propositions logically) alone won't build a great consumer company. You also need the courage to inductively propose something new, even when you might be wrong.

We ship a new iteration every three days. When we fail, we ship again. Some attempts failed, but the ones that succeeded let us build two products with 10,000+ users each - in under a month. Don't be afraid to be wrong. Stay optimistic and increase your odds of success.
